365huat Terms and Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User") and 365huat ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the 365huat website, mobile application, games and all related services provided by us.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit or using any part of this platform, you expressly indicate your agreement to all the terms set out in this document. This agreement is comprehensive and cannot be revoked once you have used our services.

This Agreement shall be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy published on our website, each of which forms part of the overall contract between the user and 365huat.

User Eligibility

To use the 365huat services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older at the date of registration. Use of the platform by underage individuals is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms.
• Be located in a territory or jurisdiction that does not restrict or prohibit participation in online gambling activities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under your local laws.
• Not currently be on any self-exclusion list administered by 365huat or any relevant authority.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only allowed one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers or payment details, is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed immediately.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and complete information including your full name as per your identification card, date of birth, active mobile phone number and a valid email address. False or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and login details confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no third party uses your account without your authorisation.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your profile information whenever there are changes to your personal details.

Deposits and Withdrawals

365huat supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. Deposits can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for all available payment methods.
• Deposits will be credited to your account after successful transaction verification.
• Any processing fees, if applicable, are borne by the user and will be stated during the deposit process.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit for identity verification purposes.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during an account review period may take longer to process.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by 365huat are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Users are required to understand and comply with all such conditions before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

• 365huat offers a welcome bonus of 100% up to RM1,500 on the first deposit for new members.
• The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.
• Second example: Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM4,700 → Wagering requirement RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per user, email address, mobile phone number, IP address and device.
• 365huat reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• All promotions are limited to the stated time period and 365huat reserves the right to end any promotion without prior notice.

Accepted User Conduct

Users agree to use the 365huat platform in a responsible and ethical manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or other technological methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Committing any form of fraud, including providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform. Any bugs found must be reported to customer support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain unauthorised advantages (collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Spreading defamatory, threatening, racist or unlawful content in communications with 365huat or other users.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance and bonus balance, and legal action where appropriate.

Account Suspension and Closure

365huat reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including:

• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud or illegal activity.
• Violation of any terms in this agreement.
• Failure by the user to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a certain period in accordance with 365huat's internal policy.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 365huat customer support. Eligible balances will be returned after all pending betting activity has been settled and verification requirements have been met.

Limitation of Liability

365huat strives to provide a stable, secure and reliable platform. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, server failures or other issues beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 365huat is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from technical disruptions or platform downtime.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any game outcomes caused by the user's internet connection failure.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses related to the use of or inability to use the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 365huat platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, software, user interfaces and trade names, is the exclusive property of 365huat or its relevant licensors.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, modify or use any such content for commercial purposes without first obtaining written consent from 365huat. Use of content for personal and non-commercial purposes is allowed as long as it does not involve modification or wide distribution.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

365huat reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time based on operational requirements, legal changes or business considerations. Any material amendments will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such amendments will be considered as your acceptance of the revised terms. Users are therefore advised to review this document from time to time to stay informed of the latest version.

The "Effective Date" stated at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force. Previous versions may be requested from customer support for reference purposes.
